All orders are shipped using Australia Post or Couriers Please. Your location (post code) will determine the shipping options including rates available to you in checkout.
If you are in a Couriers Please deliverable region shipping options will default to Couriers Please. All non-Couriers Please regions including PO Boxes will default to Australia Post.
Dispatch Of Orders
We guarantee to prepare and dispatch orders inside 24 hours (exluding weekends and public holidays) on all completed (paid) orders. In some cases we will ship Same Day depending on the time of order and the daily pick up times by Australia Post and Couriers Please.
Estimated Times of Delivery
Delivery time frames are determined by your location and the shipping options available to you. Estimates as provided by Couriers Please and Australia Post are displayed along with shipping options in checkout.

Typically orders shipped to NSW are delivered between 1 and 2 days, and the rest of Australia between 1 and 5.
In the event no one is available to accept or sign for your parcel a calling card will be left for you. You will need to make secondary delivery arrangements within 36 hours.
Order And Shipment Tracking
With the exception of Regular Post deliveries all shipments include full tracking via Australia Post or Couriers Please respective websites.
Tracking Numbers are available on all orders through your account and on shipment confirmation emails sent at time of dispatching orders.

Delivery Pricing and Rates
Couriers Please shipping rates are generally more competitive than those of Australia Post.

An easy way to get a quick delivery quote is by hovering your mouse over the Caterpillar shipping icon available on every product page. Typically the shipping information displayed here is for metro locations.
A real time shipping quote can be obtained at any time by adding an item to your cart and entering your postal details on the cart page.

If the order is particularly large, you may only be shown the ‘quote' option. In that case, we will be in touch and offer a quote using a custom shipping service.
Express Post
For NSW the Couriers Please service is equivalent to that of Express Post offered by Australia Post , and faster in many cases where a order can be delivered on the same day it is dispatched.

If you are in Express Post region and outside of NSW and would like an option other than Registered or Regular please contact us to make arrangements.
International Orders

Parents Like Us Australia currently only trades within the Australian market place and does not currently sell or supply internationally.
Free Shipping (Order $50 or More)

Orders for $50 or more are shipped free, complete with tracking Australia wide. Next Business Day Dispatch via Couriers Please or Aus Post is guranteed. On dispatch a shipment confirmation email is sent, this email includes tracking number(s) for related orders. Typical delivery (business days): Metro 1-2 Days, Regional 3-6 Days.

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund (less postage costs and 20% restocking fee) within 14 working days from delivery, provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.

Within the order packaging, you will find a dispatch note with details of your order together with details of our returns process. If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately by contacting Customer Support.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return carriage from the original delivery point to our Distribution centre (provided that you enclose a valid till receipt indicating such costs).

Refunds will only be made against the original payment method used.

If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

In the event a product is defective and covered by warranty, the manufacturers warranty process should be followed in place of the above, please note you will require the receipt issued from Parents Like Us to faciliate any manufacturers warranty claim.
  • Orders are processed in accordance to your delivery preference.
  • Orders will be dispatched same or next business day.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and delivered.
An order is not considered final until bank authorisation has been transmitted.

Your order will be delivered by Australia Post or Cuoriers Please. Please ensure that someone will be present to sign for it. If no-one is available, a calling card with details of where you can pick up your parcel will be left for you. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our Shipping Providers will not be able to leave it'hidden' at the address.

Order Inquiries
Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting the Order Status page in the My Account section. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your orders.When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.

In the event your tracking no has not been posted in your account area please contact us should delivery seem unussually delayed.
Order Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  •   Item(s) not available.
  •   Difficulty in processing payment information.
  •   Cannot deliver to address provided.
  •   Duplicate order was placed.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email to explain the reason for the cancellation. Your original payment method will be refunded for the appropriate amount.

If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number. Please note as we generally dispatch orders within 24 hours therefore it may not be possible to cancel prior to dispatch. In this instance you would have to return your order once received in accordance with our Returns Policy.
All prices indicated for products available via the Website are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus GST, and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery Noitice on the product page of the Website.

  • Bank Deposit (account details are shown in checkout, additionally the confirmation order email will also include bank account details for payment of your order)

We are sorry but Parents Like Us® does not currently accept cheque payments.

As a registered member you are entitled to exclusive promotions at including products specials and company issues gift vouchers. To keep up to date with xclsuive offers and promotional news you may opt into the RSS feeds across product and categories, you will also be advised about promotions and sepcial offers if you are subscribed to our newsletter.

As a registered customer you may update your account details at any time, from "My Account' section of this website which is accessible to you when logged in. Updating your account information is important to ensure orders are shhipped to the correct address and to keep up to date with braking promotions. You are also able to 'log out' at anytime from your account dashboard.
